guiding principle for my personal lifestyle. I endeavor to create a
home which is in harmony with your desires, lifestyle, budget,
surrounding site and the environment. I believe that a well designed
home can lead to a rewarding and enriched lifestyle. You should be
able to enjoy a home in all the seasons, at different stages of your
life and at different times such as a quiet day at home or an
evening to entertain friends. A well designed and organized home leaves more time

Unlike several design/build firms or
large firms, Harmony Architects is a small firm specializing in
residential projects and tenant improvements only. You will be working one on one with
me throughout the design phase and meetings. Once the designs
are finalized, a complete set of drawings are prepared for a

ABOUT THE
ARCHITECT
Varsha Nene is a California
licensed architect and has over 10 years of experience in various
residential, commercial, healthcare, retail, restaurant and school
projects. She has worked in various architecture, interior design
and construction firms in California, Florida, Ohio and
India. She received her Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch)
from Miami University, Ohio in 1994. In 1991, she won second prize
in a competition held by the Forum of Interior Designers and
Architects, Mumbai to design residential interiors using
environment friendly materials. The same year she also won "Highly
commended prize" in a competition held by international MIMAR magazine to design
furniture using indigenous materials. Varsha started Harmony
Architects in January 2004 with the goal of delivering quality projects with
quality customer service. Being a mother has made her
more sensitive to the needs of a growing family, senior citizens, personal space and other issues. She strives to apply
her personal experiences towards your home design.
